Construction of a new sewage treatment plant continued on Monday, while another part of the project stopped due to the virus.
Work on the collection system is paused, according to MPNNow.com.
Mayor Brian Schenk tells MPNNow.com that the infrastructure project is considered essential – all parties must agree to move forward. He told them that keeping workers health is the top-priority.
