A third lawsuit has been filed in federal court over alleged abuse at the Freedom Village campus in Yates County.
The D&C reports that three lawsuits have been filed since September. The most-recent was amended in mid-March.
The lawsuits name the school, which is now closed and defunct, and Freedom Village founder Fletcher Brothers as defendants, according to the D&C’s reporting.
The accuser says he was abused by campus workers between 1991 and 1994.
