Police: Geneva man arrested on felony charge after breaking window

The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a 47-year-old resident following an investigation.

Police say Eugene Dailey, 47, of Geneva was charged with second-degree criminal mischief.

He’s accused of damaging property valued over $1,500 without permission to do so.

Police say a window was broken. The felony charge was filed and Dailey was processed through CAP court.
