Deputies: Marion man had BAC over twice the legal limit during traffic stop

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Marion man for DWI following a traffic stop in Williamson.

Deputies arrested Patrick Graham, 33, of Marion for aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.18, as well as other vehicle and traffic violations.

Graham is said to have been stopped for speeding on Route 21 and upon further investigation – found to be intoxicated.

His BAC was determined to be 0.19, more than twice the legal limit. Graham was issued appearance tickets and released to appear in the Town of Williamson Court on June 24th.
