Waterloo man charged with harassment, criminal mischief after incident

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Waterloo man following a disturbance at a local residence.

Kevin Erb, 33, of Waterloo is accused of engaging in a dispute with another person. While leaving the residence, he intentionally broke off a vehicle’s side view mirror.

Police say when Erb was taken into custody — officers found him to be in possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was charged with harassment, criminal mischief, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Erb was processed and released to appear at a later date.
