Police: Seneca Falls woman violates protective order

On Friday, March 20th at 4:16 p.m. police arrested a 38-year-old Seneca Falls woman following an arrest in February for menacing.

Alisha Simmons, 38, was accused of menacing another person with a weapon this past winter, which resulted in a court order of protection being issued.

Police say Simmons had repeated contact with the victim, who was the protected party. As result, she was charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

She was released on an appearance ticket.
