Rural Listening Tour will happen in Seneca County on Zoom

In response to COVID-19, The Suicide Prevention Center of New York will be facilitating the previously scheduled Rural Learning Tour Forums with Seneca County residents on March 23rd via Zoom teleconference.

The purpose of these forums is to learn more about the unique aspects of rural communities and culture that may contribute to mental health concerns and increased risk of suicide.  This is part of a larger listening tour in which we will be conducting forums with community members and stakeholders in other New York State counties.  The topic of mental health is particularly important as we cope with the impact of COVID-19 and engage in social distancing.
