Wayne County man charged with felony after domestic incident

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson man following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Deputies arrested Jacob Will, 25, of Williamson on one count of aggravated family offense, a felony; as well as two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

It’s alleged that Will took a cell phone belonging to a female victim while she was attempting to contact police for help and proceeded to cause damage to the device.

Will was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail.

He’s to appear at a later date to answer the charges.
