The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Seneca Falls driver following a traffic stop on State Route 318.
Deputies say Noah Robbins, 22, of Seneca Falls was observed failing to keep right in the Town of Tyre.
After a traffic stop, Robbins was found to be intoxicated. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.08, and failure to keep right.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
