An Auburn man who served more than two years in prison for domestic violence offenses has been arrested in connection to a burglary in the city.
Craig Eugene Laird, 31, is accused of burglarizing an apartment on Janet Street. In the process he took several items from inside.
The two knew each other, and police described it as a domestic incident.
He was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny. The burglary charge is a felony.
He was held on $2,500 cash bail, according to The Citizen.
