Researchers say eggs don’t increase risk of heart disease

If you like eggs, a new study returned some favorable results.

Harvard scientists found that eating one egg a day doesn’t increase the risk of heart disease.

Eggs have long been a topic of debate because of their cholesterol volume. They are a good source of protein, though.

The study followed more than 130,000 adults for 30 years. It showed no link between egg consumption and heart disease even after adjusting other factors.
