The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 48-year-old following an incident at the Seneca County Correctional Facility, which resulted in an officer suffering minor injuries.
Deputies say that on March 4th at approximately 11 a.m. investigators arrested Victor Gregory, 48, for criminal obstruction of breathing and obstructing governmental administration.
Gregory is accused of engaging in a physical confrontation with another inmate at the county jail. During that altercation, a corrections officer intervened to break it up.
Deputies say Gregory then choked the officer, who sustained minor injuries as result of the incident.
