Troopers say a Camillus man was taken into custody after driving into an Elbridge gun store shortly before 5 a.m. on Sunday.
Adam Sutton, 43, of Camillus was charged with driving while intoxicated and harassment after he crashed his vehicle into brush and also hit a guide rail on Route 321.
Following an investigation, troopers learned that Sutton drove into Tim’s Guns and Shooting Supplies, which is located along Route 5. That happened before his initial arrest.
The damage was reported later in the day. He was charged with criminal mischief.
It appears as though Sutton was released.
