Former Congressman Chris Collins wants to delay his prison sentence.
Attorneys for the former congressional leader are asking that his sentence begin on April 21st, instead of March 17th.
The ask comes due to a possible delay in processing by the Bureau of Prisons.
He was sentenced to 28 months in prison for insider trading in January.
