Deputies say Sierra Trammel, 29, of Phelps was arrested on Tuesday around 1 p.m. for criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The arrest stems from a drug investigation that began in late-2019.
Deputies say Trammel was found to be in possession of fentanyl. Investigators determined that the fentanyl was located within the reach of two children.
The children were 5- and 10-years-old.
After lab analysis confirmed that the substance was fentanyl, Trammel was arrested. She was released on an appearance ticket.
