Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash in the city of Auburn.
According to the Auburn Citizen, a person was hurt and her SUV a total loss after a hit-and-run crash on Genesee Street around 9 p.m. on Monday.
A red truck backed out of Sheridan Street, then struck the SUV. The truck stopped for a minute, but then took off.
Police confirmed to The Citizen that the investigation is active. While the vehicle involved in the crash had been located, police were unsure if the driver had been found or even identified.
