On Monday night, the Lyons Lions clinched the Wayne County title after defeating the East Rochester Bombers by four points at the Atwood Gymnasium in Lyons. Caiden Crego scored a team-high 14 points to lead the Lions. They improved to 16-3 after the win. East Rochester fell to 11-8 after the loss.
On the boys side, the Victor Blue Devils pulled away late and picked up a four-point win over the Brockport Blue Devils to remain unbeaten. Collin James scored 18 points to help lead Victor to their 19th win of the season.
