Police: Canandaigua man possessed stolen credit cards, intended to use them at Geneva businesses

The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a Canandaigua resident following an investigation into a stolen credit card.

David Fischette, 29, of Canandaigua was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, a Class E felony, following an investigation into a stolen credit card.

Police say he knowingly possessed the stolen card and intended to use the credit card to make purchases at several businesses.

He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
