Dr. Tim Terranova is ready for a new challenge.
The former deputy superintendent at the West Irondequoit Central School District is taking over as superintendent at the Victor Central School District.
He’ll start his new job on Tuesday, and as he told the Messenger Post – he’s ready for the challenge.
Terranova said that the reputation of the district spoke for itself and drove him to take on the role in Victor.
“It was like, you know what? I might not get this job. I’m never going to get it if I don’t try, and this is a district that really appealed to me. So I applied,” he remembered, telling the Messenger Post. “I’m thankful that the board chose me to be the next superintendent.”
