Police arrested a 29-year-old Canandaigua man following a noise disturbance at a Parrish Street residence.
While investigating the disturbance, Patrick Rivera, 29, of Canandaigua was found to have been in the presence of a person who was a protected party in a legal court order.
They then learned that he was also violating a second court order at the same time.
As result, Rivera was charged with two counts of criminal contempt, and transported to the Ontario County Jail.
