Two fishermen were rescued by first responders after they crashed through the ice on Sodus Bay.
A father and son were reportedly ice fishing near Hunter Point Road when the ice gave way. The Alton Fire Department responded to the scene with help from other departments.
Witnesses called 911 around 12:15 p.m. Rescue crews promptly responded and rescued the fishermen using an airboat.
