Officials say charges are pending against a driver who failed to yield the right of way at an intersection in Wayne County and collided with a state trooper’s patrol car.
The crash happened around 2 p.m. on Saturday.
Both the driver and the trooper suffered minor injuries as result of the crash.
The investigation is active. No additional information was immediately available.
