The Waterloo Police Department says several arrests have been made following an investigation into a series of thefts from unlocked vehicles in the village of Waterloo.

Police said the incidents took place on December 29th, 2019 during the early-morning hours.

Mehki Carter, 20, of Waterloo and Daiquan Grady, 25, of Geneva were both charged with grand larceny and petit larceny.

Police say Makenna Rowe-Alvero, 18, of Waterloo was charged with petit larceny, along with Dana Fegley, 18, who was arrested on the same charge.
