Seneca Falls man violates court order, sends letters and makes phone calls to protected party

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 28-year-old town resident following a report that a court order had been violated.

Michael Devine, 28, of Seneca Falls was reported to have made repeated phone calls and sent letters to a person who was protected by that court order.

He was charged with one count of second-degree criminal contempt. He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility pending arraignment.

The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
