Police say a 30-year-old Dansville resident was arrested on a felony charge after an investigation into a disturbance in the city of Canandaigua.
Daniel Cupp, 30, of Dansville was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after it was determined that he unlawfully entered the residence of a person who was protected by a court order.
Police say he made physical threats of harm to that person once inside the Davidson Avenue residence.
Cupp was arraigned and transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
