Police say a 43-year-old Penn Yan woman was arrested on Saturday after she sent text messages that made her sister fear for her physical safety.
Rebecca Anderson, 43, of Penn Yan was charged with second-degree harassment after an investigation into text messages that were exchanged between she and her sister.
Police say Anderson sent threatening text messages to her sister, which caused fear of physical safety.
