The three men accused of murder in Auburn last year were arraigned after being indicted at the end of 2019 by a Cayuga County Grand Jury.
Gage Ashley, 22, Tyree Anglin, 19, and Lucciano Spagnola, 17, appeared in court on Thursday. They were arraigned on updated charges, according to The Citizen.
The trio is accused of killing Joshua Poole, a 36-year-old Auburn resident, on November 15th.
Ashley and Spagnola are said to have been the shooters, according to prosecutors. Poole had suffered several gunshot wounds, according to police, when they arrived on-scene.
Court documents indicate that the three defendants were indicted on second-degree murder, first-degree attempted robbery, and fourth-degree conspiracy.
All three pleaded not guilty in their court appearance.
