Deputies: Waterloo man ticketed for DWI after running stop sign on Whiskey Hill Road

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo man for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop on Whiskey Hill Road.

Deputies say Derek Excell, 20, of Waterloo was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, failure to stop for a stop sign, failure to keep right, and speeding.

Excell was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Seneca County CAP Court on February 7th.
