Police report the arrest of a 42-year-old Penn Yan woman following an investigation at her home.
Brenda Stratton, 42, of Penn Yan was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
Officer say they found a stun gun in her possession while at her residence while investigating an unrelated matter.
She was released on an appearance ticket.
