Deputies arrested a Penn Yan man after he crashed his vehicle and allegedly broke into a home.
Edwin Stebbins, 37, of Penn Yan was arrested on January 10th. He was charged with DWI, criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and other traffic violations.
Deputies say Stebbins crashed his car into a combine on Tileyard Road in Gorham. He then forced his way into a home on that road.
That’s where deputies found him and took him into custody.
He was hospitalized for a face injury and is due in court at a later date.
