Longtime Seneca Falls medical practice joins Finger Lakes Health

Finger Lakes Health announced on Thursday that Joseph Lorenzetti, M.D. and Susan Randall-Mantella, MSN, FNP had joined the FLH team.

Lorenzetti and Randall-Mantella will continue to see patients located at 28 Cayuga St in Seneca Falls, according to a press release from Finger Lakes Health. They have been delivery family care for the past 32 years.

Lorenzetti said “When considering to evolve my practice, I knew that FLH Medical, P.C. would be the perfect partner to help me grow my practice and allow me to continue to contribute to improving the health of the Seneca County community, ensuring increased access to primary care as well as specialty care including cardiology, dermatology, general surgery and orthopaedics.”

Dr. Lorenzetti is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his family practice residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse, NY and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.

He has over 20 years of military experience where he served as Commander, 31st Tactical Air Staging Facility, King Fahd Airport, Saudia Arabia; Colonel, Commander 23rd Medical Services Squadron, Griffiss Air force Base, Rome, NY; Major, Chief of Aeromedical Services, Zweibrucken Air Base, West Germany and Captain, Director of Emergency Services, Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

He currently serves as President of the Seneca County Medical Society and is a member of the Seneca County Community Services Board.

Ms. Randall-Mantella received her Nursing Degree from Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital in Syracuse, NY and completed her Bachelor and Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the New School for Social Research in New York, NY. She completed her Nurse Practitioner certification in Family Medicine at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY.

She has an extensive clinical background in addition to working with Dr. Lorenzetti for 27 years; she has worked as a staff Nurse Practitioner in multiple Urgent Care Centers and Emergency Rooms. She also has worked in Administrative and Educational roles during her career.
