Police arrested a 32-year-old Penn Yan resident following a traffic stop for insufficient tail lamps around 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Brandon Parish, 32, of Penn Yan was charged with operating without an ignition interlock device and insufficient tail lamps.

The interlock device charge followed a check of his driving record upon the traffic stop.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
