Oral arguments delayed a month in SMI’s Article 78 against Seneca Falls over LL3

Another day, another delay.

Oral arguments, which were supposed to take place on January 21st in the Article 78 proceeding involving Seneca Meadows, Inc. against the Town of Seneca Falls over Local Law 3 of 2016 has been delayed.

State Supreme Court Justice Daniel Doyle of Rochester has postponed the arguments until February 26th at 2 p.m. in the Seneca County Courthouse in Waterloo.

The Finger Lakes Times reported the delay on Wednesday, which had not previously been known. The local law subject of the Article 78 would require closure of Seneca Meadows in 2025.
