Remodeled Crosby’s store in Farmington to host re-opening celebration this week

The Crosby’s store location in Farmington, N.Y. has recently completed renovations and remodeling, and is celebrating with a grand reopening event later this week.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 17 at the store, located at 6090 State Route 96 in Farmington. Mike Deuser of Tripi Foods, Peter Ingalsbe, Farmington town supervisor, and Ron Brand, Farmington town director of planning and development, will be on hand for the event, along with other local officials and Crosby’s staff. As part of the reopening festivities, the first 100 customers will receive a $5 Crosby’s gift card and all guests can also enter in a raffle for a chance to win a 50-inch television or a $500 gift card.

In addition to the customer giveaways, Crosby’s is also donating $500 to the Victor Central School District in support of student activities.

“Completing these remodeling projects at our stores allows us to further enhance and improve the offerings for customers,” said Doug Galli, vice president and general manager of Reid Stores/Crosby’s Convenience Stores. “Crosby’s is dedicated to being the convenient one-stop shop for our customers, and our updates allow us to continue to deliver the highest quality of products and services to each of our guests.”

The Subway franchise location within the store was also renovated and continues to offer customers made-to-order subs and wraps. Customers can also enjoy a variety of other fresh food options, including chicken tenders, wings, fries, onion rings and other favorites. Breakfast sandwiches and Crosby’s signature pizza – including breakfast pizza – will also be available, along with fresh fruit options, Slush Puppie frozen beverages and fountain drinks.

The Farmington store also offers a full range of convenience services, including ice, propane cylinders, firewood and E-ZPass. Customers can fill up their tank with Mobil gas and diesel fuel, or take advantage of the in-store ATM and free WiFi. The store also offers an air machine and New York State Lottery games, and will accept SNAP benefits.

The Farmington store is open seven days a week from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m., and the Subway will be available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Stop in and discover all the new changes and features available at the renovated store during the grand reopening and enter for a chance to win some great prizes at your local convenience store.
