There wasn’t much action across the Wayne-Finger Lakes boys and girls basketball leagues on Saturday. Just three games were played, two boys and one girls game.
On the boys side, the Bloomfield Bombers won their third consecutive game after defeating the Romulus Warriors by 18 points. Simon Willie scored a game-high 25 points for the Bombers. The Warrior’s have now lost two straight games. Also, the Genesee Wolves took down the North-Rose Wolcott Cougars.
On the girls side, Maddie Ryan led the Marcus Whitman Wildcats to a win over the Bloomfield Bombers. She scored a game-high 27 points.
