Officials in the Seneca Falls Central School District set out an alert to parents and community following an accident involving a local school bus.
Police are reportedly on the scene, which is located at the Cayuga and State Street intersection.
Superintendent Jeramy Clingerman made the announcement in an automated message to parents.
Clingerman said in the notice to parents that the bus was struck by another vehicle.
He said the bus was numbered 64, and that 16 kids were on-board.
