Geneva man arrested on serious felony charges again after selling cocaine in Waterloo

On Thursday members of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested a 23-year-old Geneva man on Class A felony drug charges.

Tyler A. Liberatore, 23, of Geneva was charged with second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class A felony, and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class B felony.

Liberatore is accused of selling more than a half-ounce of crack cocaine in November 2019 while in the town of Waterloo.

Deputies say Liberatore was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear at CAP court on January 17th at 8 a.m.

Members of the Narcotics Unit were assisted by the Geneva Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Luce added in a press release that the Narcotics Unit had previously arrested Liberatore in July 2017 on charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony; and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, also a felony.
