Police: Geneva woman charged with felony grand larceny, possessing forged instrument

On Monday around 1:38 a.m. police arrested a 46-year-old Geneva woman on multiple felony charges after she was taken into custody on an indictment warrant.

Rebecca Hartman, 46, of Geneva was charged with third-degree grand larceny, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, both felonies, as she was being arrested on an indictment warrant for felony grand larceny and forged instrument charges.

Police say she possessed a large quantity of crack cocaine, which she intended to sell in the community.

Hartman was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail.
