Police in Waterloo report the arrest of a 27-year-old Seneca Falls resident following a traffic stop.
Justin Crance, 27, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC of 0.08% or higher, failure to keep right, and failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
Police say the charges stem from a traffic stop after France allegedly failed to yield to another vehicle at a stop sign. He then failed to keep right on Virginia Street, which resulted in the traffic stop.
Crance was released on appearance tickets.
