Police say they were called to the Tops parking lot for a reported argument – and upon arrival – found a 38-year-old woman behind the wheel, with an open container of alcohol in her vehicle.
Lindsey Estilette, 38, of Naples was charged with DWI and possession of an open container in a motor vehicle.
She’s accused of admitting to consuming alcohol prior to driving. Investigation yielded an open container inside the vehicle.
She was processed in Penn Yan Village Court and will answer the charges at a later date.
