The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 59-year-old New Hampshire resident following a property damage accident on Route 5.
While investigating the crash, they learned that Louis Helbling, 59, of Green Land, New Hampshire was operating with a suspended registration. They also found that his operating privileges were suspended in New York.
As result, he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and unregistered motor vehicle.
No injuries were reported. The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
