Williamson man indicted after found possessing 71 vials of narcotic drugs

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Williamson man on felony drug charges following a grand jury indictment.

Kenneth Barber, 35, of Williamson was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance – both felonies – and five counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Kenneth was indicted following an incident that occurred in June 2019 in the village of Palmyra.

He’s accused of possessing 71 vials of crack cocaine, fentanyl, LSD, morphine, and other prescription pills not prescribed to him.

The charges will be answered in Wayne County Court.
