Deputies: Lyons man who made terroristic threat, falsely reported incident picked up on warrant

Deputies report that a Lyons man was arrested on a warrant issued out of Wayne County Court following his arrest on a terrorist threat charge.

Clarence Cooper, 29, is said to have failed to appear on multiple charges – including making a terrorist threat, falsely reporting an incident, and harassment.

After being taken into custody – deputies say Cooper was held at the Wayne County Jail on no bail.

He’s set to appear in Wayne County Court on December 18th.

Deputies say Cooper was also held at the Wayne County Jail due to a separate warrant due to a trespass incident in the Town of Ontario.
