Police: Seneca Falls man charged with trespassing at Aldi after being banned

Police say a Seneca Falls man was arrested on a trespass charge after returning to a store from which he had been banned.

Bryan Rugenstein, 55, of Seneca Falls was charged with criminal trespass after being arrested for previously trespassing at the same location.

Police say he returned after the first incident, and began harassing customers at Aldi’s along Routes 5&20. They say he was loitering and soliciting patrons for money, too.

Eventually employees called police, and he was taken into custody when they returned. Police say he was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
