Police: Drunk driver crashed into utility pole in Seneca Falls

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a 24-year-old on multiple charges after they responded to a one-vehicle crash.

Police say Cody Sabol, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, and second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.

Investigation determined that Sabol crashed into a utility pole near Ovid Street. They quickly determined after arriving on-scene that Sabol was the operator of the vehicle that crashed into the utility pole.

He was found to be intoxicated, and in possession of marijuana. Sabol was released with appearance tickets for Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
