Route 34 in Cayuga County was shut down around 7 a.m. due to an incident involving a tractor-trailer.
According to transportation officials, Route 34 between Skillet and Hunter roads in Fleming was shut down a little before 7 a.m. due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer. It reopened just before 8 a.m. even though crews didn’t anticipate that to happen for upwards of two hours.
