Police: Felony charges filed after undercover drug investigation in Canandaigua

Chief Stephen Hedworth reports the arrest of a 27-year-old Canandaigua man following an undercover drug investigation led by members of the Canandaigua Police Department.

Trevis Greene, 27, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, according to police.

Hedworth says Greene is accused of selling cocaine while in the city of Canandaigua.

The arrest was the result of an undercover drug investigation.

He says members of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.

Greene was held pending arraignment. The charges will be answered in City Court at a later date.
