One person was taken to Strong Hospital after a rollover crash in Wayne County on Friday around 3:22 a.m.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports that 54-year-old Patricia Bojinoff, of Lyons was traveling south on Canandaigua Road in Walworth when an animal reportedly entered her path.
Bojinoff attempted to avoid the animal, but lost control of the vehicle and went off the road. Her vehicle then struck a curb and tree, causing it to overturn.
Deputies say Bojinoff had to be extricated, and was eventually transported to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by New York State Police, Walworth Fire Department, Walworth Town Ambulance, and Wayne County ALS.
