On Friday at approximately 5:19 p.m. deputies responded to the area of 220 E. Main St. in Victor for the report of a head-on crash.
Upon arrival deputies identified the vehicles involved, and began investigation. It was determined that an SUV operated by 76-year-old Virginia Rice, of Farmington crossed over the center lane and traveled into oncoming traffic.
Deputies say that Rice caused two other property damage accidents in the course of the incident. The roadway was closed as crews worked the scene.
Investigators determined that Rice was operating the vehicle in an intoxicated condition. She was ticketed, but deputies did not report specific charges filed.
Victor Farmington Ambulance responded to the scene and tended to those who were in the second vehicle involved. They say no one was injured in the incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date in Victor Town Court.
