Troopers are investigating a mostly-submerged vehicle which was found along the Seneca River near Cross Lake on Friday.
The vehicle was discovered a little after 12 p.m. between Elbridge and Cato. Some parts of the vehicle could be seen sticking out of the water, according to The Citizen, who noted that divers were on-scene.
Troopers were not providing any additional details, but there appeared to be no active rescue attempt underway.
